Hospital Employee Faces 158 Counts of Drug, Theft Charges

TOMAH, Wis.

Police arrested a Tomah Memorial Hospital employee March 30, accusing her of stealing and using narcotics.

Dianna Peth, 54, faces 158 counts of fraudulent attempt to obtain controlled substances, possession of scheduled II narcotic drugs and identity theft, reports the LaCrosse Tribune. Additionally, she faces 88 misdemeanor counts of preparing fraudulent insurance claims.

Peth no longer works for the hospital.
