PORTLAND, Ore. — Portland State University has increased security on campus following the sexual assault of a student in a campus building on Dec. 20.
A man followed the victim into a restroom in the building that houses the chancellor's office, The Oregonian reports. He then exposed himself to the student and attacked her. She was not raped, according to Portland police.
The university sent out an E-mail to all students, staff and faculty as soon as the attack was reported. Campus security is working with city police to locate the suspect.
