Irvine, Calif.-based HID Global unveils the OMNIKEY 2061 Bluetooth reader, a hands-free, high-speed logical access solution.
The reader's design allows the device to be easily carried on-person for an additional layer of visual security and freedom of movement for highly mobile employees, the company says.
Supporting HID on the Desktop, the reader also fully supports ISO 7816-3 and EMV 2000 Level 1 for interoperability with multiple card technologies in virtually any Windows operating system environment.
